Australia Child Care Subsidy 2024

Child Care in Australia is more costly than any other developed countries spending on where you live. The government understands the issue and extends its support to eligible families who usually struggle with such expenses through Child Care Subsidy, especially the new parents as childcare products & services are higher.

Many African families, parents, and guardians are getting benefits through the Childcare subsidy to provide the needed care to their children while they work. The government aimed to ensure that every child in the country is cared for while reducing the financial stress due to childcare fees on the parents and families.

Recently, the government introduced some changes in the childcare subsidy for the Financial year 2024-25 based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) effective from 8 July 2024. The CCS changes include an income threshold increase from $80,000 to $83,280, high subsidy rates, and an hourly cap rate hike bringing new hopes for the people with children.
